Mama Medicine is a course for these unique times we are living in, designed for those of us who have experienced pregnancy, birth and new parenthood during a global pandemic.

Through various practices, the course will give you some precious self-care tools, allow for time to bond with our babies, create a supportive and nurturing community, and much more.
