Holistic Sleep Coaching
Holistic Sleep Coaching provides gentle, evidence-based strategies to aid in infant and child sleep. This method of coaching is responsive and solutions-focused and children are never left to cry it out.
I trained in Holistic Sleep Coaching with Lyndsey Hookway and have found it to be a wonderful tool to have in my toolbox as both a doula and a mother. In my coaching work, I support families to find gentle solutions for common sleep challenges they may face. These solutions always recognise that families know their child best, and are tailored to the needs and age of the child. Safety is always the top priority, and we will look at naps, routines, behaviour, parenting style and more, when considering the most appropriate solutions for the child and family.
