My passion for pregnancy, birth, babies and parenthood led me to become a prenatal yoga teacher trained with appleyoga in 2019. As a mother myself, I understand how sacred this time is in our lives and the incredible work our bodies are doing to nourish and nurture our growing babies, so it is with deep honour that I guide and hold space for those in my prenatal classes. My classes are inclusive, and pregnant people of all gender identities are warmly welcomed.
My prenatal classes are designed to prepare for birth, build strength and mobility and allow for some time to rest and connect inwards. You can expect to learn supportive breath techniques which will support you through all stages of pregnancy and that you can take into your daily life, pelvic floor exercises to build awareness in this crucial area, and always plenty of time to connect with our babies.
Both private and group classes are available, alongside regularly run courses. Private classes can also be organised online.
